Pamodou emphasizes the vital role played by 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐉𝐓 within communities, as well as with authorities and child protection stakeholders.

He also highlights the innovative communication tools used by 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐉𝐓, including the annual bulletin and the animated series “𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆𝐀”, which serve as powerful tools for raising awareness on key issues such as migration, child marriage, and child exploitation.

Finally, Pamodou proudly affirms how being part of 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐉𝐓 has contributed to his personal development, his community engagement, and his recognition as a child protection actor. He concludes with a strong call to authorities, partners, and NGOs to strengthen their collaboration with 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐉𝐓 in order to amplify the impact of its actions across Africa.

𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝟓 : 𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 !

𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝟓 is more than just an animated film : it’s a wake-up call for the protection of children and the defense of their rights.

As the fifth installment of the « 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆𝐀 » series, initiated by the African Movement of Working Children and Youth (MAEJT), this film sheds light on the often-overlooked reality of child labor in formal and informal businesses, markets, apprenticeship workshops, and many other sectors.

Through the gripping story of five children sent out to sea to fish, only to face a tragic shipwreck with just one survivor, 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝟓 powerfully illustrates the dangers these young workers endure.

In response to this tragedy, children unite, organize a peaceful march, and demand urgent change.

🙏 Watch, share, and support this cause by liking the video. Together, let’s make their voices heard!
