We are the only player governed by children and young people working for children and young people, and we tackle the confluence of poverty, exploitation and abuse in all its forms.
AMWCY activities begin with groups of children, led by themselves, acting according to their needs while respecting the 12 children’s rights defined by the organization.
The right to be taught a trade
The right to remain in the village (and not to migrate)
The right to carry out our activities safely
The right to light and limited work (suited to our age and abilities)
The right to rest when sick
The right to be respected
